Turned from Baytree sourced as a simple windfall find on Facebook Marketplace, this bowl carries the gentle character of a tree that had already lived its story. The form is wide and open with a flowing curve that draws the eye into the centre. The bark is dark and beautifully smooth, giving the rim a strong natural presence.

The end grain shows a natural splitting pattern that adds depth and honesty to the piece. It feels grounded and organic, with the kind of texture that invites you to pick it up and turn it in your hands.
