Artisan Turning – Returns Policy
At Artisan Turning, every piece we create is handmade and one‑of‑a‑kind. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy, you may return your item under the terms below.

Return Window  
You may return an item within 30 days of receiving it. Returned items must be unused, in their original condition, and securely packaged.

Handmade Items  
All of our products are individually handcrafted, and natural variations in wood grain, colour, and texture are normal. These characteristics are not considered defects.
Returns are accepted for structural defects, cracks that appear shortly after arrival, or if the incorrect item was sent.

Custom or Personalised Orders  
Custom or personalised items cannot be returned unless they arrive faulty.

Faulty or Damaged Items  
If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include photos of the issue.
Because each item is unique, we cannot offer an identical replacement. Instead, you may choose:

A refund, or

An exchange for any item of equal value currently available in our shop.
For faulty items, we cover the cost of return postage.

Change‑of‑Mind Returns  
If you wish to return an item for any reason other than a fault, you are responsible for return postage costs. Refunds are issued once the item has been received and inspected.

Refund Processing Time  
Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after we receive the returned item.

Items exposed to water, heat, or conditions that cause cracking or warping
